Legal Requirements
Ensuring the humane treatment of animals is good business, good for animals, and required by law under the Animal Welfare Act (AWA). Under this law it is not required to be licensed when the only animals used in petting zoo are domesticated livestock. However, at Farr Away Farm LLC, we pride ourselves on following all animal welfare standards above and beyond.
